Purchasing Import (Mandarin Spekear)

Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting a local manufacturing company for oil & gas industry to find a Purchasing Import to be placed in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Import Buyer or in a similar position.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (at least spoken).
• Solid understanding of import procedures, including shipping and customs clearance.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proactive, communicative, and demonstrates strong integrity in work.

• Source and select vendor suppliers based on Purchasing Requests (PR).
• Evaluate and compare potential suppliers according to company-defined criteria, including purchase budget.
• Obtain price quotations, conduct negotiations, and execute purchases with suppliers.
• Prepare PO/SPK, perform filing and system input, and monitor PO/SPK until delivery completion.
• Coordinate product delivery or collection processes, including product receipt with users and related vendors.
• Ensure all purchase requests are processed accurately and fulfilled in a timely manner.
