Adecco Group is currently supporting one of Global Travel Distribution Company in their search for Inside Sales that will be placed in their Pasay, Manila Office (On-Site)
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (2) Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales experience (3) Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of longtail accounts. This role focuses on building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction for smaller-scale, high-potential accounts.
Details as follows:
(1) Manage a portfolio of longtail accounts, ensuring regular engagement through calls, emails, and meetings (2) Educate clients on products, tools, and best practices to optimize their experience (3) Regularly share client feedback and insights with internal teams to inform product or service enhancements (4) Close sales by building rapport with new and existing clients and addressing client objections (5) Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the KPIs (6) Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns. Find ways to approach clients and motivate them to book.
