Datacom Engineer (Network) - Telecommunication

• Bachelor's degree from Telecommunication, electrical, Computer, Informatics Engineering
• Having more than 5 years’ experience working at Datacom engineer or any related field.
• Good at Speaking, Reading, and Writing in English.
• Need to know basic communication knowledge such as TCP/IP protocol, network organization, topology, etc.
• Familiar with Linux / Unix; Familiar with IP Network knowledge; Know about basic Telecommunication is advantage; Know about Cloud Computing or NE Virtualization is advantage
• Have good presentation skill; Have good communication skill; Fast Learner and able to work independently; Have good initiative and leaderships
• Have experience with client Datacom and Access product will become an advantage

• Responsible for product datacom and access maintenance operation, configuration and troubleshooting.
•  Maintain quality and the availability of customer’s network by doing routine network audit;
• You will have possibility to travel to multiple cities around Indonesia to implement.
• Monitor network health using NMS/NOC tools and respond to alarms.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and other IP network devices
• Provide technical support for escalated incidents, root cause analysis, and service restoration
• Execute network configuration, patch updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle network change requests (CR), service provisioning, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with operation, planning, transmission, and service delivery teams to integrate IP solutions into telecom infrastructure
• Maintain proper documentation: network topology, IP planning, SOP, and technical reports.
• Support service improvement plans and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ensure service availability meets SLA & KPI targets.
• Good leadership and mentoring ability for junior engineers.
• Have valid CCNA/HCIA Certification will be preferred
