About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people‑centric Training Assistant Manager to support the development of our talent and strengthen organizational capability. The role oversees training coordination, program development, and learning initiatives to ensure employees are equipped for success.


Contract Period: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development Programs

  • Assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs including onboarding, soft skills, service training, and leadership development
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and collaborate with departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
  • Support the creation of training materials, manuals, e‑learning content, and learning tools

Training Operations & Coordination

  • Manage training logistics including scheduling, venue arrangement, enrolment, attendance, and reporting
  • Maintain and update training records, learning dashboards, and performance tracking data
  • Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and training partners to ensure smooth program execution

Employee Development & Engagement

  • Support talent development initiatives such as coaching programs, mentorship schemes, and career development frameworks
  • Monitor post‑training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, and performance follow‑ups
  • Encourage a culture of learning by promoting internal communication, campaigns, and learning activities

HR Collaboration & Projects

  • Work with HR teams on new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in HR and L&D projects to enhance organizational development and employee experience
  • Support compliance training and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Business Travel is required upon requests


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR roles
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with confidence in engaging different audience levels
  • Good understanding of training methodologies, TNA, and L&D best practices
  • Excellent coordination, organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a positive, approachable manner
  • Familiar with LMS platforms, training systems, and digital learning tools
  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
