Our client, a leading provider of high-quality semiconductor products, is seeking a Senior Purchasing Specialist to join their team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management within the semiconductor, computing, or digital products industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with SAP systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily purchasing activities, including purchase order processing, shipment coordination, and management of procurement documentation.
- Evaluate supplier structures and recommend diversification strategies to minimize supply risks and ensure business continuity.
- Track market trends and industry developments in semiconductor products to support strategic and data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement execution aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, pricing information, and purchasing codes within the system.
- Proactively identify and resolve procurement-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, accuracy, and accountability within the purchasing function.
- Carry out ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
