Senior / Payroll Specialist
Our client is a British retailer and one of the most iconic chain stores in the UK. They are seeking Senior / Payroll Specialist for the daily payroll operation.
Requirements:
- Holder of Diploma and/or above in Human Resources Management, Accounting or other related discipline
- minimum 3 years of work experience in payroll
- Experience of using IPL system or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a time-sensitive environment
- Attention to details, well organised with strong numerical sense and a high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, good command of Chinese and English
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll process including final payments and annual tax filings accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Administer employee benefits, employee compensation insurance, attendance and leave management
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process
- Support the enhancement of the HRIS system
- Maintain up-to-date personal records in HRIS system
- Compile various HR reports, statistics, and analysis
