Sales Manager
Our client is a premium confectionery company, looking for Full Time passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective strategies
- Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to grow business opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and support store operations staff to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence across all areas

- Proven experience in sales operations & management or similar leadership role
- Strong B2B sales skills with a track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Highly passionate, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Required to stay in-store to manage operations and staffs; act as supervisor on support ad-hoc cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems
