Our client is a premium confectionery company, looking for Full Time passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through effective strategies
  • Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships to grow business opportunities
  • Lead, motivate, and support store operations staff to deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence across all areas

  • Proven experience in sales operations & management or similar leadership role
  • Strong B2B sales skills with a track record of achieving aggressive targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Required to stay in-store to manage operations and staffs; act as supervisor on support ad-hoc cases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and operations management
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems
