JOB DESCRIPTION

• Relevant experience in fashion retail industry
• Energetic, presentable and outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail and passionate about Service Industry
• Act as a brand ambassador and customer centric focus
• Be supportive and a good team player
• Energetic, expressive, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Hardworking, responsible and result driven
• Good administrative skills, adaptability and customer service attitude
• Good PC skills such as MS Office
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver premium in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture
• Build the relationship with/new and existing Consumers/Customers
• Achieve the Sales Target defined and maximize the business potential of the stores
• Uphold Respect of Luxury Standards and Procedures/Guidelines on CRM
• Perform duties e.g. sales transactions, reports and stock transfer, provide fashion advisory
• Display goods according to guidelines
• Maintain the work place clean and organized
