Responsibilities

• Act as a refined Brand Ambassador, delivering personalized luxury service and building long‑term client relationships
• Present the Maison’s craftsmanship and heritage through confident storytelling and expert product knowledge
• Drive sales performance and support boutique growth through elevated clienteling
• Assist with daily boutique operations, stock handling, and maintaining impeccable showcase presentation
• Ensure an elegant, seamless, and memorable client experience aligned with Maison standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of retail experience; luxury or jewelry background preferred
• Passion for fine jewelry, craftsmanship, and luxury service
• Polished communication skills with an elegant and client‑focused presence
• Strong team player with professionalism and discretion
• Positive attitude and ambition to grow within the luxury jewelry industry
