Production & Warehouse Manager

A company specializing in the luxury goods industry. They manage unused goods and recycle them back into raw materials to be used again. Partnering with some of the world's biggest brands, they are expanding their Asia footprint.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing production teams
• Possess at least 7 years' experience in a similar role
• Degree holder in business management, supply chain, logistics or related
• High level of organization, responsiveness and prioritization
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in execution
• Ability to identify issues and implement improvement solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Production operations including planning and supervising daily site operations
• Define and implement production orders in line with client requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with processes and specifications
• Monitor and drive production performance (productivity and quality)
• Ensure full traceability of materials
• Manage reporting and production tracking
• Liaise with manufacturers' after-sales service for any issues and follow-up repairs
• Establish machine operating procedures and train users
