Procurement Manager

A large electronic components company with HQ in Europe, they're currently expanding their Asia business. They would like to bring in a new procurement manager to oversee all procurement and purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in a procurement role
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in engineering, logistics management, supply chain or related
• Experience in electronic components, mechanical parts, automotive will have an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and hands-on experience
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Manage the supply chain flow, including shipment, logistics, planning, import/export, order management
• Manage and liaise with external 3PL on tracking, logistics, warehousing etc.
• Build strong supplier relationships, reducing risk and optimizing cost and value
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast component needs based on sales and production plans
• Assist with managing procurement systems (ERP), ensuring accurate data and user adoption
