They are currently seeking an organized and detail‑minded Personal Assistant to support the director across daily business, administrative, and operational responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Service‑oriented candidates are preferred; experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or airline cabin crew will be a strong advantage.
- Skills in Adobe or other graphic design applications would be a valuable plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to stay highly efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑driven mindset.
- Able to remain calm, professional, and adaptable when managing unexpected situations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the director’s luxury property portfolio, including yacht and office building leasing arrangements, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high management standards.
- Participate in various work meetings, including those involving overseas real‑estate projects, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and supplier contact lists in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Handle reimbursements for the family nanny and driver, conduct occasional checks on their work, and ensure household operations run smoothly.
- Process company and store expense claims, monitor budgets, and support simple financial coordination tasks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in planning and executing public relations events, ensuring all activities are well‑coordinated and meet expected outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage ad‑hoc tasks assigned daily by the director.
