Operations (Analytics) Executive (SQL)

Our client is an American mobility as a service provider looking for an Operations (Analytics) Executive 

to join their team.

What You'll Do

●      Analytics. Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our marketplace dynamics regarding driver conversion, retention and efficiency

●      Data Visualisation. Present relevant data in a way that helps business stakeholders understand the situation and advance the narrative on the right recommendation, including but not limited to dashboard building

●      Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps. Own processes and constantly seek to improve them

●      Project Management. You drive projects from beginning to end and deliver the results 

What You'll Need

●      Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in business intelligence, management consulting, or data analytics with moderate to high level of SQL experience

●      Excellent problem solving skills - you can break down complex business problems, develop a data-driven methodical approach for diagnosis and solutioning, and carry out the analysis in a tight schedule independently

●      Solid communication skills - you can articulate the data insights and data-backed recommendations to business audience for buy-in

●      A data-driven and analytical mindset - You examine data and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes.

●      Project management skills - You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks

●      Curiosity - You love learning how things work and always look for innovative solutions to develop and improve processes

●      Fluency in English and Cantonese

●      Excellent Excel and SQL skills are must
