Financial and insurance activities
Our client is a a financial advisory boutique specializing in corporate finance, cross‑border M&A, valuation, fundraising (equity and debt), and strategic consulting, serving mid‑market companies across Asia Pacific and EMEA
Requirements
- At least 8–10+ years in M&A advisory, investment banking, or strategic consulting, with a proven record of completed transactions.
- Deep expertise in corporate finance, advanced valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
- Strong ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Native-level English fluency; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
M&A and Debt/Equity Financing
- Collaborate with the team on deal sourcing and pitch development.
- Oversee project execution by monitoring progress, resolving issues, preparing status updates, recommending next steps, and guiding team members.
- Identify acquisition targets and lead market and company research efforts.
- Manage investor-related documentation with analysts, including: NDA, teaser, executive summary, and information memorandum, Business plans, financial models, and valuation materials
- Source and qualify investors across Asia, the U.S., and Europe, maintaining communication with Family Offices, angel investors, VC, and PE firms.
- Coordinate due diligence activities.
- Engage with client leadership across business and technology functions.
Financial Advisory & Consulting
- Develop new advisory offerings to diversify revenue streams (e.g., portfolio enhancement for PE, IPO readiness).
- Work closely with clients on medium-term assignments to support business growth and performance.
- Build financial tools and reports, conduct financial analysis, and support business planning, budgeting, and cash‑flow management.
