We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People and Culture Specialist with strong Japanese language skills to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to policy development and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Japanese Studies, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR regulations.
- Japanese proficiency at business level (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office and bilingual word processing (Chinese & Japanese).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interviews and onboarding programs.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports related to staff movements.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing and statutory contributions (MPF/ORSO).
- Assist with salaries tax matters and benefits program administration.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR inquiries.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Training & Development
- Organize and coordinate staff training initiatives to enhance professional growth.
- Policy & Compliance
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies aligned with local regulations.
- HR Analytics & Digitalization
- Contribute to HR reporting and support automation projects for process efficiency.
- General Affairs & Ad Hoc Projects
- Provide support for administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
