HR Officer (Employee Relations + HR admin)
Our client is a prestigious learning centre with multiple locations in Hong Kong, known for its high standards in education and people management. They are currently seeking an experienced HR & Administration Officer with a strong focus on employee relations, HR operations, and basic recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, grievances, and disciplinary support.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including hiring coordination, onboarding, confirmation, performance review, and exit processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal policies.
- Provide guidance to centre managers on HR procedures and best practices.
Recruitment & Administration Support
- Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Support onboarding arrangements and induction processes for new hires.
- Handle general HR and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations across different learning centres.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are consistently applied.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR administration and employee relations.
- Prior experience in education, learning centres, or service‑oriented environments is highly preferred.
- Native‑level English proficiency is required; Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic recruitment experience covering hiring, onboarding, performance review, and exit management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional judgement, and ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
- Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work across multiple learning centre locations.
