HR Executive
Our client is a retail company. They are looking for a HR Executive to handle business partner and routine HR operations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in all rounded HR duties
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations such as onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Drive employee engagement programs and support change management and continuous improvement efforts.
