Financial Analyst

Our client is a world leading media company.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of legal and contractual matters is an advantage.
• Experience in marketing communications, media, or eCommerce is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities; well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive, driven, and a strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of accurate and timely management reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight key trends and insights.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage full sets of financial data, including balance sheet items.
• Respond to regional finance inquiries and provide required analysis and reports.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, reports, and tasks for management review.

• Prepare client-related financial reports and assist with client audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth processes.
• Monitor financial performance against key KPIs.
• Prepare documentation to support internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Assist with reviewing legal documents and addressing tax-related matters.
• Contribute to improving workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
