eCommerce Manager
Our client is a premium cigar specialist with online access to top-tier brands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, with a proven track record of leading teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of digital performance marketing and expertise in China cross-border e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Emarsys, and Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all online sales operations, ensuring achievable targets and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, and MIS—to align online sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and manage key customer accounts to achieve long-term sales goals.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and leverage consumer insights to recommend strategic actions and support the execution of effective action plans.
