E-Commerce Manager
Our client, a renowned international outdoor fashion brand, is seeking a high caliber to lead their Ecommerce team in Hong Kong. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive online growth and enhance the brand's digital presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Minimum of 5 years of Ecommerce experience in fashion retail
- Proficient with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies and project management skills
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales performance, operations and P&L of Ecommerce platforms (brand-site)
- Work with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, IT and Finance for the execution of e-commerce business launch
- Oversee the operations, maintenance and performance of the Ecommerce platform effectiveness
- Implement growth strategy (SEO, SEA, CRM and content optimization) and commercial strategy in line with the marketing plan to optimize the sales potential
- Utilize web analytics tools to provide timely review of all promotional activities, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, eDM, paid social, affiliate
- Initiate and lead projects between different departments that aim to enhance online customer journey and drive business sales growth
- In charge of daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales and profit reporting, as well as marketing KPI goals and generate actionable insights to Management
- Full respond to revamp the global ecommerce website with additional enhancement on UI/UX to drive website organic result
