Customer Service Officer- Counter Operations

Our client is a well-reputable theme-park and they are now looking for Customer Service Officers to join their energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guest services to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform ticketing transactions, including sales, refunds, and related processes.
- Conduct and support VIP visits to ensure smooth and personalized experiences.
- Support all in‑park guest service functions and promotional activities.
- Prepare various types of reports required by the Guest Services Department.
- Provide administrative support to the Guest Services Department
- Carry out any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above
- Customer Service Friendly working environment Attractive remuneration
- 1-2 years customer service experience from hospitality / retail / entertainment industries
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented
- Fluent in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate will be considered

- 1-2年客戶服務經驗 - 酒店/零售/娛樂行業
- 具有良好的團隊合作精神,具有較強的溝通能力
- 積極主動、充滿活力
- 流利粵語、英語和普通話口語和書寫
- 應屆畢業生將被考慮
