Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm’s Hong Kong office. This role offers exposure to high-profile corporate transactions and IPO projects in a dynamic, professional environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of corporate/IPO experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Prior experience at a reputable law firm is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers on IPO projects, including prospectus verification and preparing submissions to the Stock Exchange.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, due diligence reports, and related materials.
• Conduct legal research and provide concise analysis.
• Support a wide range of corporate transactions.
• Translate documents between English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as required.
