Working Hours: 6:30 – 19:30 (About 10-11 hours, working hours will be based on position)
Salary: $100/hr Paid meal break with meal arranged + $20/hr (attendance bonus, no late & no show)
Dress Code: Business formal attire- Black Full suit with leather shoes
* Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Experience in Customer service or conference event is preferred
* Good communication skills and customer service oriented
* Serve visitors by registration, greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
* Coordinate the 1-on-1 meeting and assist guest on using kiosk
* Responsible for crowd control, incidents handling, etc.
* Provide high-quality services to the guests
* Provide support to conference events or activities as required
