Centre Manager

Our client is a well-known Publishing Group in Hong Kong. Currently their learning centre brand (over 40 centers in Hong Kong) is seeking a Assistant / Centre Manager to join one of their branches in New Terrorist side.

• Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday. (Saturday is preferred!!)
• Experience in sales and management within a learning center environment
• Passion for working with children, with strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities
• Proactive team player with a mature and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the Center Manager role

• Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the center
• Drive student recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents to foster customer loyalty
• Monitor the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainable growth in student numbers
• Manage ad hoc initiatives and projects as assigned
