C&B Specialist

Our client is a famous fashion retailer. They are looking for a C&B Specialist to support their C&B operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines  
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in payroll
• Familiar with employment related ordinances, MPF and tax regulations
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, open-minded and eager to learn new things
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle of payroll services including monthly payroll and final payment calculation to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees  
• Assist in handling staff benefits administration, tax filing, compensation survey and HR audit.  
• Liaise with employment agencies for payroll service and administration
• Verify the payroll with service provider
• Prepare regular payroll related reports and ad-hoc payroll analysis for management review
• Provide other C&B administrative support and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Support other HR functions, e.g. recruitment, engagement activities etc.
