Assistant IT Digital Manager

Our client is a well-known company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a Assistant IT Digital Manager to cope with their business.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in system implementation and IT support, demonstrating proficiency in handling various IT challenges.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Proficient in digital systems, e-commerce platforms, and IT infrastructure management, with a focus on optimizing operations and enhancing business performance.
• Demonstrate practical experience in IT infrastructure administration and troubleshooting, showcasing the ability to maintain and support critical systems effectively.
• Candidates with more experience would be considered as IT Digital Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform and web store operations to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
• Lead system change projects, encompassing digital systems and e-commerce platforms, from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user experience and operational efficiency, streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors to upgrade systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure components.
• Provide comprehensive IT support and helpdesk services, addressing hardware, software, and network troubleshooting needs for internal users, facilitating uninterrupted business operations.
