AI Lead

My client is seeking a hands‑on AI R&D Lead with strong engineering experience and a deep understanding of AI‑assisted coding to spearhead this transformation. In this role, you will design and lead an AI‑first development framework, build high‑performance tech teams, and ensure that 80%+ of code is generated using cutting‑edge AI tools - fundamentally redefining how software is built.

Responsibilities

• Lead an AI‑Native engineering team across Product, Frontend, Backend, and QA
• Establish AI‑first development workflows, coding standards, and toolchains
• Implement AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
• Build company‑wide AI Agent systems for development, review, testing, and security
• Develop internal RAG‑based knowledge systems and AI Copilot framework
• Drive end‑to‑end AI integration across the full software lifecycle
• Oversee technical architecture and delivery for multiple products
• Upskill and reorganize existing engineering teams for AI‑accelerated development

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Java/App/Frontend/Backend engineering
• Experience with system architecture or complex project delivery
• Proficiency with at least two AI coding tools
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, Vibe Coding, and AI Agent workflows
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, or LangChain
• Solid understanding of software engineering, security, and data privacy
• Fluent in Chinese and English
