A global semiconductor memory company specializing in the development and supply of memory products. Headquartered in Hong Kong, it operates multiple overseas entities across Korea, China, Japan, the United States, and Europe.
- Experience: Generally requires 3-5+ years of experience in sales administration, shipping, or customer service, ideally within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Education: A high school diploma is generally required, with a bachelor's degree in often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/VLOOKUP/data analysis) and ERP systems (such as Salesforce, SAP) is essential.
- Competencies: Strong communication skills (English and often Mandarin), ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), and invoices while monitoring stock levels and shipping status to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, tracking, and resolving complaints.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to manage global shipments and logistical requirements.
- Administrative Support: Maintain customer data in CRM systems, manage, or maintain records of sales activities, and handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, Account receivable collection.
- Backlog Management: Oversee backlogs, specifically monitoring for delays, cancellations, or shipment pull in and push-outs.
