3D & Product Designer / Senior 3D & Product Designer
We are looking for a 3D & Product Designer / Senior 3D & Product Designer to support the creation of immersive brand environments and product‑related design assets to join our client’s leading team.
This role sits at the intersection of spatial design, product visualization, and brand storytelling, translating concepts into impactful physical and visual experiences across retail, events, and product touchpoints.
Job responsibilities
Spatial & Experiential Design
- Develop 3D spatial concepts for retail and brand activations, including:
- Pop‑up stores, shops and experiential event spaces
- Flagship store layouts, window displays, and visual merchandising
- POSM and fixtures aligned with luxury aesthetics
- Translate brand mood boards, narratives, and campaign directions into complete 3D retail environments, from early concepts to final design artwork
- Produce high‑quality 3D outputs, including renders, layouts, and simple animations, clearly communicating space, materials, lighting, textures, and atmosphere
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, VM, and Retail teams to ensure strong alignment with brand identity
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure design feasibility, scalability, and operational suitability
- Work with vendors, contractors, and fabricators by providing clear technical drawings, specifications, and references
- Follow up on samples, materials, finishes, and production feasibility
- Support on‑site implementation by reviewing installation setups, providing art direction, and ensuring design integrity across stores and events
Product Design
- Support product and packaging design, including:
- Bottle concepts, caps, trays, gift sets, and special edition components
- Contributions to capsule collections and limited‑edition launches
- Explore and refine:
- Shapes, proportions, materials, finishes, and detailing aligned with brand positioning
- Develop 3D models and visualizations for:
- The actual product, packaging components, and accessories
- Internal reviews, sales tools, press kits, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to:
- Translate design concepts into production‑ready specifications and tech packs
- Visualize functional and aesthetic product features
- Propose and design product‑adjacent display items, such as:
- testers, cases, podiums, and stands
- Objects that extend the brand’s design language across touchpoints
- Maintain a product design library, including:
- Assets, references, material boards, and finish samples
- Documentation aligned with the brand’s design guidelines
Graphic & Multimedia Support
- Contribute to graphic and multimedia assets related to lifestyle goods, including:
- In‑store visuals, POS graphics, and window visuals
- Key visuals or simplified 3D mockups for campaigns
- Support content direction for:
- In‑store digital screens and basic motion assets (when required)
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, including:
- Logo usage, typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling principles
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender, KeyShot, 3DS Max or similar)
- Solid understanding of lifestyle goods, retail, or high‑end consumer brands
- Experience working on retail environments, product visualization, and POSM
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication processes
- Ability to work across conceptual design and technical execution
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
