                                                  Technical Services Coordinator             
 
Job Description

• Deliver technical support to dealers network as a priority, ensuring fast and accurate 
assistance; end-user support is provided via phone and email when applicable.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain technical documentation, including reports, 
manuals, and specifications.
• Conduct basic diagnostic tests and assist in product or equipment maintenance and 
repair.
• Participate in technical project planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Support the technical team during seminars, demonstrations, events, and dealer 
network conferences, both in Greece and abroad, including training sessions at the 
parent company’s facilities worldwide.
• Follow up with dealers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct research to support technical projects and improve operational efficiency.
• Support the administrative functions of the technical team, including scheduling, 
procurement, and inventory.
• Assist in maintaining training platforms and technical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
• Train or assist in training internal staff on technical systems and tools.


Candidate Profile


• Proven experience as a Technical Assistant, Service Technician, or in a similar 
technical support role.
• Technical education or degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, 
or related technical field).
• Good understanding of mechanical and electronic systems (small engines, power 
tools, or similar machinery).
• Familiarity with IT systems and software relevant to diagnostics, training platforms, 
and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic database or ERP systems.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel, including within Greece, and occasionally parent 
company’s facilities abroad 
• A valid driving license is required
