Supply Chain Administrator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the dynamic Supply Chain team of Vodafone Greece.

Job Description
The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible to support Procurement activities in accordance with company’s procedures and policies under the best terms and conditions. 

Job Description

• Plan and coordinate weekly promotional and sales activities to ensure timely execution.
• Manage and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
• Maintain and update daily and weekly reports on stock levels, sales, and promotional performance.
• Handle urgent issues related to customers or product replacements promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the execution of all supply chain and logistics processes to support sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• University degree (Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement) is a prerequisite
• Up to two (2) years of working experience in Supply Chain position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes will be considered a plus
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP knowledge will be considered a plus)
• Negotiation Skills
• Post Graduate degree will be considered a plus
