Senior Sales & Area Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Sales & Area Consultant who will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, managing performance for a defined area, and driving strong commercial and operational results.

Job Description
•    Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailor made solutions that deliver long-term value. 
•    Identify new revenue opportunities and actively expand the company’s market share. 
•    Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth. 
•    Lead negotiations and influence key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
•    Manage the area budget, monitor performance KPIs, and proactively address gaps.
•    Coordinate internal resources to guarantee seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure accurate forecasting and effective cost management.
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

Candidate Profile
•    University degree (BA/BS) required
•    Proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or commercial advisory roles. 
•    Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive strategic decisions. 
•    Experience managing a territory or business area is highly desirable. 
•    Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. 
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. 
•    A proactive mindset with the drive to deliver results and exceed targets.
