HR Generalist

Job Description

• Deliver operational HR work based on provided processes and guidelines.
• Act as a Business Partner to the management regarding HR related matters.
• Support the management with the labor legal related issues. 
• Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management.
• Contribute to local strategic initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for all employees and provide feedback to MU HR operational HR.
• Support candidate attraction, selection and the on-boarding of new starters.  
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all employees, managers and other external agencies. 
• Work closely with Managers and Directors to ensure we recruit people with the right attributes & fit to the business. 
• Close cooperation with (sub)-regional HR/ the global HR network.
• Adapt processes to local requirement.
• Implement tools like leadership & talent review, international talent program.
• Challenge aspects of global concepts, when interfering with local statutory and cultural aspects.
• Support from the job advertisement, through hiring and ongoing support up to leaving the company.

Candidate Profile
• Degree holder in business administration with focus on HR
• 3+ years of previous experience in the Business Partner area HR Management (in a multinational environment would be an advantage)
• Knowledge of Employment Law, Data Protection, Equality and Diversity as well as Greek legislation
• Excellent communication skills and high degree of assertiveness
• Experience in development of policies and processes   
• Previous payroll experience is desirable 
• Proven conceptual strength
• Excellent Knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Programs, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels 
• Experience in working abroad will be considered a strong plus
