Head of Finance

Adecco HR is the global leader in HR services and certified with ISO 9001:2015 in the field of search and selection services in Greece. Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a specialized provider of Test & Measurement solutions, for a professional to cover the following position:
 

Job Description 
•Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
•Define, implement and enforce credit policies by customer territory and account type
•Review and authorize customer credit checks and release of orders for invoicing and shipment
•Oversee account receivable, management, exceptions invoicing and collections monitoring
•Supervise month-end closing, statutory fillings and audit preparations
•Provide variance analysis, financial KPIs and insight into risks/opportunities
•Partner with CEO and Board to drive corporate financial strategy, restructuring or M&A
•Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team across FP&A, controlling and reporting
•Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, regulator and investors
•Maintain and manage strong relationships with the banks and financial institutions in selected countries (e.g Greece)
•Collaborate with the Chief Treasurer to align liquidity and treasury with strategic plans

Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. MBA or Master’s in Finance will be considered a plus
•Professional certifications suchs as CPA, CFA, ACCA or CIMA will be highly appreciated 
•At least 5 years of experience as a finance manager, senior controller or similar
•Deep knowledge of IFRS & GAAP and external reporting
•Strong analytical skills for financial performance monitoring
•Proven ability in credit risk assessment and management
•Ability to maintain relationships with banks and external providers
•Excellent communicational skills for Board and external stakeholders
•Strategic thinker with corporate finance expertise
