Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst (Oinofyta Plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights on the Manufacturing variances to the Leadership Team
• Report on financial performance and prepare regular reviews with Plant Leadership Team by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Make recommendations to ensure any chosen options deliver the highest financial value
• Partner financially with Production Department to identify opportunities for optimization
• Partner with Technical Department on Capital Projects
• Partner with the Logistics and ITQ teams for NPDs and BOM creation and monitoring
• Lead cost analysis process and provide analysis of trends and forecasts
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly and annual results of the Plant
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance; Master’s degree or MBA will be considered an asset
• 3+ years of relevant working experience, ideally in similar position preferably in Industry Sector
• Qualified Accountant or equivalent knowledge of General Greek Accounting Principles
• Knowledge of Cost accounting and Standard Cost valuation
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivots, Lookups, Macro’s) and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Greek and proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Strong project management skills
• Reporting, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to engender trust throughout the organization
• Teamwork spirit, learning agility and ownership mindset
• SAP Knowledge (MM – Material Master Data, Production & Internal Orders, BOMs, etc.) would be considered an asset
