EU Communication and Dissemination manager

Job Description

 • Manage communication and dissemination activities (i.e., monitor and collaborate with the project’s working teams to meet communication objectives).

• Design and edit content for print and online materials (i.e., website, newsletters, brochures, press releases, presentations, etc.).

• Coordinate and create content for social media outreach.

• Writing reports to document dissemination results following the EU guidelines.

• Organise events locally and across Europe.

• Participate in international events and meetings

Candidate profile

 • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the following: journalism and media studies, communications, marketing.

• Language skills (excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written, is necessary).

• At least experience of 2 years or more in any position including (but not limited to) EU funded projects’ implementation, content creation and management, corporate communications assignments.

• Ideal candidates should demonstrate efficiency in:

-Copywriting (i.e., social media posts, blogs and small articles, campaign messages, promo materials like posters.

-Using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, CapCut, etc.

- Content management systems for websites.

- Preparing materials for media outlets, such as press releases, short news items, etc.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)

• Soft skills: Have creativity and initiative spirit - Demonstrate punctuality and attention to detail Convey clear and engaging messages Be able to work within interdisciplinary and multicultural environments
