Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leading company in the strategic communication field, a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Communications Coordinator

Actively provide effective administrative and coordination support to the Communications Department, contributing to the timely execution of communication-related tasks while ensuring proper implementation of internal processes, accurate documentation and contract handling, and smooth collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to join a leading strategic communications organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, add value from day one, and contribute to impactful communication initiatives.

Job Description

  • Support communication projects (events, conferences, CSR initiatives, campaigns) including logistics and reporting.
  • Coordinate corporate materials and media content, acting as main contact.
  • Create and review content (press releases, articles, scripts, presentations) ensuring consistent branding.
  • Collaborate with CSR and Corporate Communications teams.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain documentation, stakeholder lists and media archives.
  • Manage contracts with Legal & Procurement and assist with procurement (SAP, invoices, budgets).
  • Monitor media coverage and collect departmental requests.
  • Act as Crisis Assistant and promote corporate culture and values.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Communications, PR, Media/Journalism, Business Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year of coordination/administrative experience, ideally in Communications or PR.
  • Strong organisation, time-management and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in event coordination and project support.
  • Fluent in English, tech-savvy, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Creative, service-oriented, resilient under pressure and aligned with corporate values.
