Responsibilities include:

• Provide analytical support to identify future pressures and key deliverables.


• Lead capacity and demand assessments for clinical services, identifying service pressures and gaps.


• Model demand, resources, and throughput to balance provision and identify variances.


• Interpret data and evaluate performance using predictive modelling.


• Offer expert analytics and reporting across the organisation.


• Deliver regular reports on key clinical and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• NHS experience is essential


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
