Payments Reconciliation Specialist
📍 Glasgow (Hybrid)
💰 £14.40 per hour | 6-month contract (potential extension)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Payments Reconciliation Specialist to join a fast-paced financial operations team. You'll be responsible for reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring payment accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails
- Work to SLA targets in a high-volume environment
- Identify and escalate risks or issues
Requirements
- Experience in payments, reconciliations, or fast-paced operations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic Excel and MS Office skills
Working Pattern
- Hybrid (2 days in office)
- First 8 weeks office-based training
- Monday-Friday, shifts between 08:00-18:00
