Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Logistics Coordinator to work for our client in Oakville, ON. As the Logistics Coordinator will play an integral role while being a part of a team. You will manage the daily activities of the shipping office operations, to ensure optimal execution of the daily operations plan. Uses in depth knowledge of warehouse management system and transportation management system to attained desired productivity.

• Pay rate: $22 - $23 /hour (based on experience)

• Location: Oakville, ON

• Shifts: 8:30am- 5:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Booking inbound deliveries, appointments with carries

• Communicate with customers

• Communicate any in transit delays (MABD)

• Perform weekly billing audits to ensure accurate billing to customers

• Looking at the performance of associates (KPIs)

• Scheduling appointments for shipments deliveries, containers, or LTL

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially excel

• 3 plus years’ working experience in 3pl or warehouse environment

• Degree in supply chain/ logistics

• Comfortable with WMS and TMS and other related software
