Warehouse Cleaner - Night Shift

Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse Cleaner / Food Safety Support for a part-time, temporary role based in Middleton, NS.

In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting food safety processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines. Previous experience with forklifts or scrubbers is an asset but not required.

• Salary: $17.50/hour

• Location: Middleton, NS

• Shifts: Monday - Friday | 12:00am – 7:00am

• Job type: Temporary | Part-time (35–40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Follow food safety guidelines per National SOPs

• Maintain accurate records for Food Safety Documents

• Keep warehouse clean, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors

• Pick up garbage, damaged goods, sticks, and other debris

• Pull pallets and wipe down racks

• Clean perimeter walls, removing dirt, dust, and cobwebs

• Empty garbage and plastic bags in the warehouse

• Compact cardboard/plastic and empty compactors

• Clean Tennant scrubbers and scrubber drains

• Fill out daily checklists and maintain a safe work area

• Complete tasks without supervision, meet deadlines, and perform all other duties assigned by the lead

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• 1–2 years forklift experience an asset

• 1–2 years experience with Tennant scrubbers an asset

• Must maintain good attendance

• Engaging and professional manner

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
