Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Warehouse Associate for our client in Ottawa, ON.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist clients with warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting. Additionally, you may provide services such as fit testing, fall inspection training, and potential repairs if you are mechanically inclined.

A valid driver's license is required, as you will need to travel to customer sites as needed to perform these services.

• Salary: $19 - $20/hour

• Location: Ottawa, ON

• Shifts: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Job type: Full-time | Temporary | 3-6 month contract

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and shipping of transfers/products

• General warehouse duties

• Able to lift 50 lb

• Ability to work w/o supervision

• Attention to detail

• Stock put away

• Receiving of product

• Receiving/shipping of product on Purolator system and on ERP system

• Provide services to customers: including fit testing, inspection of fall protection, etc. (training to be provided at a later date)

Qualifications &  Skills:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Computer skills would be an asset

• Ability to drive forklift - previous experience necessary; we will provide training on our forklift

• Must have Steel toe safety shoes
