Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client’s logistics team in Orillia, ON. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting efficient and accurate warehouse operations. You will be responsible for coordinating the receiving, storage, and shipping of products while ensuring inventory accuracy, on‑time order fulfillment, and a safe working environment. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help streamline processes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the overall productivity and success of the warehouse.
This role directly impacts operational efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely delivery of products, and upholding high safety and quality standards.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Orillia, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products.
Ensure shipments are accurately prepared, documented, and dispatched in a timely manner.
Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout to support workflow efficiency.
Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including field service, logistics, and operations—to prioritize and fulfill customer orders.
Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and warehouse procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Support the training and development of warehouse team members to drive performance and productivity.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within warehouse operations.
Assist with implementing process improvements and operational best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage inventory accurately.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely as required.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
