Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Associate for a client located in Middleton. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

This position offers a stable evening schedule and is well-suited for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking for consistent hours and a structured work environment.

• Salary: $17.75/hour

• Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday | 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Location: Middleton, NS

Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems

• Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity

• Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards

• Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas

• Inspect products for damage or quality issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards

• Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Previous warehouse experience is required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle physical work

• Dependable and punctual with strong attendance
