Warehouse Associate

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team in Elora, ON. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling goods, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

• Location: Elora, ON

• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7am to 3:30pm OR 11pm to 7am

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Loading, unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as pump truck

• Counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe

• Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered if needed

• Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of other warehouse workers

• Working with others within the warehouse and managers to make sure daily procedures are done

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Product knowledge in plumbing a must (3 years’ experience).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong system knowledge.

• Customer service oriented.

• Able to multitask.

• Problem solving skills.

• Additional hours may be required daily to perform this job effectively.
