Adecco is currently hiring several full-time reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our client’s operations team in Debert, NS. In this role you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: $20.05/hour
Location: Debert, NS
Shift: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends) | 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Job type: Temporary to permanent possible | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Select customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems
Accurately pick products by item number, description, and quantity
Stack, wrap, and label pallets or cartons according to company standards
Transport completed orders to staging or shipping areas
Inspect products for damage or quality issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards
Communicate shortages, damages, or errors to supervisors
Qualifications:
Highschool or previous warehouse experience
Ability to perform repetitive physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
Ability to lift 25-50lbs
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to work in an indoor/outdoor environment in all weather
Alertness to other people and vehicles
Various shifts including evenings and weekends
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
