Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Turnaround Administrator to join our client’s team in Edmonton, AB for a 6-month contract basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of turnaround projects within the Oil & Gas industry. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and preparing reports, while ensuring the efficient flow of work for the turnaround team. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-profile projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Shifts: Monday-Saturday 6x10 shifts
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Providing full administrative support for the turnaround team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence and reports related to turnaround activities.
  • Assisting in organizing and expediting the flow of work through the management team’s office.
  • Performing administrative functions such as coding invoices, tracking sales reports, and managing other turnaround-related documentation.
  • Independently solving problems using established guidelines and procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Prioritizing and managing your workload while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Turnaround Administration or as a Turnover Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures within the turnaround context.
  • Effective communicator both orally and in writing.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to develop your own objectives and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
