Territory Manager

Adecco, in partnership with our client, who is growing their team, is currently hiring a full-time results‑driven Territory Manager to lead implant system sales across a defined region. You will work directly with oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, dentists, and dental offices to build strong clinical partnerships and drive revenue growth. This field‑based role includes in‑office visits, occasional procedure‑room support, and participation in evening or weekend trade shows and study clubs.
Pay Rate: $75,000/year
Location: Victoria, BC

Responsibilities:
Manage all implant sales within the territory and visit 8–10 dental offices daily.
Build relationships with dental professionals and provide consultative product guidance.
Partner closely with Digital Solutions Specialists during co‑travel visits.
Identify and convert new business opportunities with dental specialists and labs.
Support education events, study clubs, and product launches.
Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Deliver clear, confident presentations backed by clinical research.
Work professionally and ethically while staying current on industry advancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Medical device sales experience, contract negotiation experience, and selling directly to healthcare professionals.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
