Base Salary: $75,000 + $50,000 Commission at Plan

Location –Living in Ottawa/Gatineau with travel to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, working from your home office

We are actively recruiting for a Territory Manager for a full-time, permanent role available immediately!
The region covers Ottawa/Gatineau, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Travel is 3-5 overnights per month.

Main Tasks:

  • Drive lucrative sales growth and increase revenue within your region by maintaining and expanding existing prospects and clients.

  • Proactively create new business opportunities with oral surgeons and dentists.

  • Initiate top-notch client service by being consultative and working as a  strategic business partner concentrated on client growth objectives.

  • Create forecasts, budgets for promotional items and business plans.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support business development goals and product launches.

  • Create referral networks and take part in national and regional sales events.

  • Leverage educational events to build brand allegiance and gain new clients.

  • Remain current regarding scientific information and clinical studies in support of our client’s products.

  • Use CRM software to effectively evaluate and plan business development activity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent, demonstrated business development experience with high-growth commercial markets with a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

Ideal Credentials:

  • Knowledge of the medical device business.

  • Previous stellar business development expertise with physicians/dentists/veterinarians/optometrists where the physician is the key decision maker

  • Solid negotiation skills.

  • Solid competence with consultative selling.

  • Knowledge of MS Office.
