Adecco is currently seeking a Technical Implementation Sales Agent to join our client’s team in Ottawa, ON. This is a Temporary position with a pay rate of $20.43 per hour. In this role, you will be working closely with decision-makers to optimize their online advertising, improving performance and increasing customer investment in their campaigns. Your goal is to drive better advertising results and help clients maximize their marketing potential.
  • Pay rate: $20.43/hour.
  • Location: Ottawa, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday shifts within hours of 9:00am-6:30pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating commitment to understanding client goals and optimizing their online advertising efforts to increase ROI.
  • Handling a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses to help grow revenue and improve product knowledge.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of clients’ business models and industry trends.
  • Tailoring advice to client needs, ensuring the adoption of the most effective products and strategies.
  • Installing and troubleshooting entry-level HTML and JavaScript coding to enhance advertising performance.
  • Becoming an expert in Social Media advertising solutions and offering insights to improve client campaigns.
  • Using feedback and data to continuously improve the product and client experience.
  • Sharing ideas for product improvements and driving customer success stories.
  • Offering assistance before and after technical installs, ensuring clients’ needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Minimum of 1 year in outbound sales (relationship sales, digital marketing, ad sales, telemarketing).
  • Comfortable with basic HTML and JavaScript coding; understanding of API, pixels, and partner platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • At least 3 years of overall work experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
  • Previous experience working with North American or EMEA customers.
  • Familiarity with online advertising products and social media platforms.
  • Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate certification is an asset.
